Hi everyone!

My life has been filled with many, many challenges…as well as my daughter’s challenge’s…physical-emotional-mental….life is life.

She, in preparation to a month long trip to Japan in August of 2013, decided to go ovo-lacto vegetarian as it is extremely difficult to be vegan in Japan … especially as a visitor.  She wanted to make sure she was tolerant of this lifestyle before she left.

My girl is so smart…wise beyond her years and I am so very proud of her.

Since then, she has remained on this lifestyle path. Maintaining a vegan type mind but eating the ovo-lacto way. She is happier. I am happy for her as I am happy if she is happy.

I will be updating this blog soon. I wanted to say hi and that I missed all of you. I have gotten your private emails and messages and I appreciate them all 🙂

I’ll be back soon!

Catching Up

Yes, I’m trying to play catch up.

Sorry for the long hiatus…some of you have contacted me and I really appreciate your concerns.  Things just got busy and I didn’t have time…I’m sorry.

I plan on posting a review of the things I’ve eaten lately … and then some new stuff.

I’m so A/R…I have to post the older stuff before the newer stuff…Heaven forbid it’s out of order.

How Type A .. A/R … can one be???

I’m back on the groove machine and I’ll be here mighty soon.

Thanks for being patient!

Going on a bit of a hiatus…. for about three weeks. Hoping to figure out why I’ve been so sick and tired since my surgery in June.

My family is supportive and I thank God for that.

Talk to you all soon!

Now I must go off and prepare a bunch of vegan meals to freeze for dd.

…nope, not Pink Floyd….but the view of the Navesink River in February. The air smells fresh and clean and the morning was quiet. A few people on the dock some out to fish, some taking in the view. It was indeed a nice sight on a Sunday morning.

Now it’s back to reality and life and routine.

Happy Sunday to everyone!
